Sites logo keeps reloading

So I am having this issue that it drives me crazy. The logos of websites in the tab keeps reloading even though the webpage is fully loaded. I tried reinstalling, deleting everything and it does not solve this issue. I will be posting a screenshot.
This happens from time to time to a few tabs. I do have enough ram available but the page does not load again when I click it. It is fully loaded. Every tab is fully loaded but the logo keeps showing me that it loads when it does not. That drives me crazy. -

Yes I know but after that reloading icon appears even when I click on the tab it keeps loading forever. It never stops and I can not see the site logo anymore. The only way to make it dissapear is to manualy reload the page but even so I am getting tired of doing that. I never had that problem until a few days ago. I know that some sites autoreload themselfs but i never had this problem with the logo getting stuck on reload.
