Carry same start page from one laptop to another?

Is there a way to carry the same start page/speed dial from one laptop to another? I don't really want to recreate the speed dial again. Thanks!

@terryflorida No exactly, but you can use sync to get speed dial from computer A in computer B and then use them to create speed dial in it.
