Trouble submitting forms in Opera desktop

Hi Opera family -
I've been an Opera user for nearly two decades and love it.
Recently, I've been having some trouble with form submissions on Windows (no trouble on Android). When I try to login to some sites or unsubscribe from an email mailing list, clicking the form submit button doesn't do anything. I thought that it could have been an extension issue, so I disabled all of my extensions and refreshed to test. However, it didn't help the situation.
On the other hand, when I opened the same page in a private window, it seemed to work fine. I'm having trouble pinpointing the issue because some forms work, but others don't. Also, I reinstalled Java just in case it was a javascript issue.
I would appreciate any help with this one - it's getting a little frustrating to have to work around it. Thanks!

@leocg - thanks for your reply! I did try disabling extensions and ad-blockers, but not a "clean profile." How can I go about doing that? Thanks again for your help.

@leocg that seemed to work with my initial test. I'll check back if I have any problems. Thanks again for your advice!

My problem seems to have crept back. It seems to be Javascript related in some way. One of the email forms said "You don't have Javascript enabled." But it is enabled in Opera's settings and is not disabled with uBlock Origin.
I noticed that if I close the browser and then re-open it, the forms seem to submit. This works even without disabling any extensions. Any guess as to why this would temporarily fix it?
If it helps, the extensions I'm using are:
Amazon Assistant
Grammarly (Chrome)
Install Chrome Extensions
Keywords Everywhere (Chrome)
Lastpass
podStation (Chrome)
Pushbullet (Chrome)
The Great Suspender (Chrome)
uBlock origin
vidIQ (Chrome)
Wikibuy (Chrome)
