fullscreen for youtube bug?

hello
when i try to open video on youtube on fullscreen the pannel kinda flickers, for half a second shows like picture below and then just turns back to default view. Basicaly i cant access fullscreen. I cleaned cookies, checked settings and finally reinstalled, didn't help.
I didn't notice this problem on any other website, it started maybe two weeks ago.
