Cmd + Shft + V pastes into URL Bar

Whenever I try to paste something without the format (using Cmd + Shft + V instead of just Cmd + V) it pastes into the URL Bar. Is there anyway of changing this? I've poked around in settings but I can't seem to find anything. It's just annoying for when i need to copy large chunks without format.

@xiamenese in google docs, but i've tried the same thing in instagram, youtube and gmail and they all do the same thing

Cmd + Shft + V reminds me of Ctrl + Shift + V, the latter keyboard shortcut assigns Opera on Windows by default to the command "Paste and go", thus also here the usual keyboard command for pasting (Ctrl+V), combined with a second control key; and Opera jumps to the address bar before inserting the URL and going to it.

So could there be a conflict with the default advanced shortcuts?

That's just a shot in the dark, I apologize if I'm wrong with my thinking.
