Web Page Title Display Desired

Looking for an Opera Addon or Opera setting that display's the web page's title in the Opera GUI, such as in a tool bar at the top of the Opera browser window.
Older version of the windows OS, each window had a title bar where many browsers placed the web page title. On Windows 10, this windows title bar is gone, but a reasonable substitute would be an Opera tool bar below the tabs that simply displays the presently displayed tab's web page title.

@eohrnberger For what reason you need a title bar showing up all the time? You can see the page title by putting the mouse over the tab.
Opera and other browsers don't have or use a title bar since a long time and I don't think there are extensions that bring it back but you can try checking.
