Keeping Up Appearances

Hey, Devs.
Thanks for all the hard work.
However, =p, now in v.60 you add a brand new button and most of the panel that the button opens is dedicated to tweaking APPEARANCE?
Watchin too much kardashians? Scrolling to much Pinterest?
How often do you think we adjust appearance?
How often do YOU adjust it? Did you make a survey? At least around the office...
There's so many other features we could bring out from the depth of the settings to "live" on this new panel... and you chose Appearance?!
Why is there so much WASTED space with the thumbnails for themes and the big Light/Dark circles/buttons etc...
ALL. THIS. WASTED. SPACE!
HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE THIS PANEL USER-EDITABLE. So we can place whatever section of the Settings we want, there?!
(Also, how hard is it to make the COLOR of the "Dark" theme and Incognito windows user-definable?)
Are the people who develop Opera actually using it in their day-to-day? Is there a survey?
ps.: The "Go to Browser settings" button... Why is that on the bottom and on the very TOP?
Off topic I suppose: "COMPACT" extension-list would be nice already too.
[ Rhetorical: How can it be that an all-dark-theme is only introduced in v.60? ]

It is "setup" - that is, stuff they think people are likely to use the first time they run Opera. (Well, other than "Clear browsing data" anyway.) I'd agree they should allow you to collapse the wallpapers section, or even collapse it automatically and let you expand it. But it does need to be there.
