How to make the tiles larger?

There was a topic on this, I know, I read it, and the solution was 'make the tiles larger' .And then the thread was locked But it didn't say where you find that option and I need an idiots guide to finding it because my tiles this morning went teeny tiny and I can't where to change them back.
