Arrange Tabs or News Squares on opening page

When I log on to Opera , the opening page shows several "squares" . These are my three selected News Sites plus the one for Opera Forum.
They show horizontally across the page.
I have quite an attractive Wallpaper and the "square' on the right obscures a core part of the wallpaper.
Can I reposition or rearrange the Squares (like" arrange Icons" on MS Windows)?
I have tried drag and drop but this does not even allow me to rearrange the sequence on the horizontal line.

Sorry i cannot think of correct terminology other than Squares.
If I want to add one i says "Do you want to add another site?"

As far as I know, you can't.
