Opera Clipper on sidebar

In Opera 59 I had a very handy clipper on the sidebar. I just upgraded to Opera 60 and the clipper is gone. I can access the clipper via keyboard shortcut but I want it as on option on the sidebar. I cannot find out how to get it on the sidebar, so I am looking for some assistance. I use it quite a bit and like it on the side bar

@leocg I guess I was using an incorrect reference. What I meant was the Snapshot Symbol that was on the sidebar in Opera 59. I was trying to get it there in Opera 60. I then, after posting, noticed that it was on the URL bar. I would still like to get it on the side bar.

Yes, the snapshot was moved to the address bar since it's more related to web pages than a shortcut to a (internal) page.
