As of today, I'm unable to change the current tab or rearrange the tabs that I have open. I also noticed that I can't bring up my computer's taskbar when Opera is open, and if I refresh a tab it makes a duplicate tab instead of refreshing. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

What happens when you try to open a new tab? And when you try to rearrange the tabs?

I'm able to open a new tab just fine, but when I try to rearrange the tabs by clicking and dragging, nothing happens. I also noticed that I can't use the menu button in the top-left, either. When I point my mouse over it, it becomes highlighted but when I click nothing happens. I also can't click on the address bar to type in it any more.

I've also just done a reinstall and it hasn't fixed the issue. Planning on uninstalling and then installing again from scratch.

Did this start happening after installation of security software or an Opera extension or a Windows update or a GPU driver update?
