True Color driver for Windows 10 PC using Opera

I need to reinstall the true color driver for Windows 10 Dell 5548 Ispirion using Opera as browser. Will stand Microsoft driver for Windows 10 work best or do I need another to be compatible the Opera's version of Chrome?

Sorry but I didn't get what you want to say. What Opera as to do with a driver or the installation of it in your OS except, maybe, being used to download the installer?
