I have downloaded Opera nad tried to play youtube music video. But the youtube video didnot work and it told me that it did not have HTML5 Video Player. How can I add this HTML5 Video Player to the Opera to be capable to play these videos on youtube?

Like any modern browser, Opera can play HTML5 media. However it may need to rely on the OS to play some proprietary codecs.

What is your version of Opera and OS? What does https://www.youtube.com/html5 shows?

I have downloaded Opera fot windows which is suggested by Opera site. My OS is windows XP.

So that's the problem, XP can't play those proprietary codecs and, therefore, Opera also can't.
You need to update your OS
