How do I manually add a password to my list? Why is this feature not enabled?

It's not possible to add passwords manually.

You need to ask Chromium.

You have to enable Import Passwords

on
Opera://Flags - Copy/paste on the address bar.

Then you can do it.

When you export them, it creates a .CSV with the following structure, so I suppose this template should work.
