Save As box keeps popping up

When I open Opera and click on a tab the Save As box opens..this is recent problem (2-3 weeks)...only happens on Opera...(Chrome and Firefox both installed)..Opera is my go to browser..need help getting this corrected

All tabs, or only specific sites? Does it happen on this site?
