Right click on a mail > reply

then it quotes the old email:
"Am .04.2019, 19:02 Uhr, schrieb name xy[...]"

translated: On .04.2019, 19:02 clock wrote "name"[...].

while the first part of the date is missing. (day of month). This is an very old bug....

Generally speaking you can edit the reply header in the file account.ini - or at least look to see whether they left something out.
