preferences and language of forum

hi. I browsing more time on forum. I see that when I tap on empty avatar the language is changing. I'm from Poland so sometimes is in Polish and sometimes is in English.
When hiding other language and Mark all as read will arrive?

What do you mean by "empty avatar"? I don't see an option to change the forum language.
