What happened to the Snapshot feature?

I have installed what should be the latest version of Opera and discovered that the Snapshot feature is not present in the sidebar. Has the feature been retired? Thanks.

People just can't read - or simply look at the address bar. After the first 5 reposting the same thing gets rather boring.
