Opera crashes due to corrupt Pak file after update

Opera just updated from 58 to 60. But now it crashes several seconds after launching saying one of the resource pak files is corrupt and I need to reinstall opera.
How do I fix this so I don't have to reinstall? I have important links saved in my speed dial that are part of looking into family genealogy and it took me a long time to find some of those obituaries and links to my estranged family members.
I can't find a bookmarks/speed dial folder in program data to export them and then reinstall opera. If I reinstalled opera do I lose these speed dial links I have saved? I don't use accounts for my web browsers, I only made this account to post here because I can't find a way to email support directly and they're not responding to my emails.
How do I fix this? What is wrong with the new opera update and why hasn't it been pulled from auto updates if it corrupts the browser and crashes it.
