Snapshot truncates images

Snapshot continues to truncate images; for instance if I start snapshot at the top of a page, and extend it down by scrolling down - the top of the image is cut off. Is it possible to fix this??

I can confirm that with this page. However, as a workaround, if I scroll the page back up before clicking "capture" the snapshot shows all of the selection.
