I forgot my access phrase and i can t sync my account. How can i find it or reset it. i don t wanna lose my data

To create a new passphrase or stop using it, you need to reset your synced data.

@parsley If you mean the passphrase, first you need to reset your synced data at sync.opera.com.
After that, you go to sync settings in Opera and create a new one.

If it's the regular password, just click on the forgot password link on the login page.
