Get error message: This site can't be reached. Took too long to respond. I DID try the 2 recommendations. Checking the proxy & firewall. And Running Windows network diagnosis. err_timed out. Then it goes on about checking my internet connection but is not necessary since I CAN got on internet via Edge, Firefox & Internet Explorer & Vivaldi.
HELP. I sure do NOT want to give up my favorite browser but this has been going on a few days now. Greg 28 Mar. 2019 -

@leocg Since I have 3 older (&slower) computers using the same firewall & antivirus pgm., Norton, ALL running Opera AOK, I eliminated that as a problem. I only checked the faster of the 3 older computers for extensions & only have Opera's own ext. block ads. But I even disabled THAT to see WHAT would happen & didn't see any difference.

The pgm. is called Advanced System Repair & their website is @ https://advancedsystemrepair.com/ <- comment?

@leocg I had a total & complete computer crash 20 Mar. 2019 going back to factory settings so everything related to Opera totally wiped off my C drive. I found this but OLD 2015 information @ https://forums.opera.com/topic/10551/clean-profile-and-which-plugins-needed/2 but since I do NOT even have Opera running on current main computer, I should not have to do this unless I'm not understanding something here?
