Go to the bookmarks page and use the export/import tool.

Seems simple But I do not find Bookmarks page
OK I found import Bookmarks in the menu Opera

Click on the heart icon in the sidebar or go to menu > bookmarks > show all bookmarks or type opera:/bookmarks in address bar.
