Opera - password deleted and synced (blank) to other computers

Hello,
I Use Opera and had a lot of passwords stored, also setup sync with my sync phrase to my work laptop...
Suddenly, some 7-8 days ago, I noticed that I have "wiped" clean Opera - I use CCleaner but have it NOT cleaning cookies, history and password on any of browsers I use - I also use Chrome, but it's passwords are still stored....
I wanted to export passwords from my work laptop, but I forgot to unplug it from LAN, so as soon as I started Opera, it synced - deleting passwords... I still do not know what happened...
I do have backup of my whole profile folder, including AppData and Application Data subfolders, can a password be restored from some file within those backed up folders? -
