Does Opera not have a Toolbar that you can customize for navigation, zoom in or out, etc?

Every browser I've ever used has a toolbar - I can't find one for Opera just the keyboard shortcuts.
A toolbar is the best shortcut there is instead of having to look up what keys form a shortcut?

I assume you're referring to Opera 21? You mean a menu toolbar. No, you just click on the Opera logo to the upper left of the browser, and then you can see all the menu items. Most of them have keyboard shortcuts.
