<p dir="auto">A toolbar is the best shortcut there is instead of having to look up what keys form a shortcut?</p>

You mean a menu toolbar. No, you just click on the Opera logo to the upper left of the browser, and then you can see all the menu items. Most of them have keyboard shortcuts.</p>
