Impossible to scroll don

Hello,

I have been using Opera, for now, more than a year and since the beginning, I've had this problem (on 2 different computers from 2 brands): sometimes (at least once per day) when scrolling through a web page by using the mousepad or the scroll wheel scrolling suddenly stops working (you can move the web page by using the bar on the right though)
The only solution is often to open a new tab and copy/paste the link or to reload the page
I know of at least another person which has the same problem

I've found a few instances of people complaining about it but it was only on reddit and nobody gave a solution

Happens here too, eventually. As a workaround you can click on the middle button, scroll down a little and then click on the middle button again to make scrolling work.
