Speed dial synchronise isn't working

I believe it has been asked before.
Likely I am overlooking the answers.

Wonder though why Speed Dial doesn't synchronise.
I noticed this when installing Opera on my laptop.

Maybe I need to tag some option?

Okay, thanks, but then what?
I mean, does it synchronise? (probably overlooking an option?)
I can update the speed dial of my laptop and VM manually (copy) but am not sure how sync the speed dials.

Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials is where you find the synced speed dials from your other devices.

It doesn't automatically populate your speed dial.

Copy-paste from desktop Opera onto the other devices.

You may want to copy them to Speed Dial.

I copied other speed dials. But didn't work healthy. Like this
