@leocg According to LastPass support, auto-fill feature on Opera for Android is broken on Opera's side and LastPass has no control over resolving it.

@richv22 I can confirm the same thing, for me this is becoming a deal breaker, not being able to autofill my passwords. Is it possible to open a ticket for this, or does anyone really care about this?

Was it always this way? I just switched to Opera/Android and I've noticed that will work if I force the LP autofill app via the pull down quick menu at the top of the phone (the 3 dots). Certainly not every time, but it does work.
I did notice that the LP app just recently started notifying me to enable the accessibility services, but they have always been enabled. This was before I switched to Opera, but could be related if this is new behavior for the app. What's your droid flavor? I'm running the latest version of Pie (v9 - update 4/5/19) on a Pixel2.

Discovered something interesting on this... If the address bar is not visible when you press the quick settings tile, then lp will not appear. If the address bar is visible it will appear.
So if you have opera set to hide the address bar then there's a good chance that's why you aren't seeing the lp prompt.
Hope that helps. -

Whatever the latest one my ancient Note 5 has on it. I think it is Nougat.

Using Oneplus6T with PIE and I can confirm Opera wont Autofill Lastpass either. Also a dealbreaker on Android for me too sadly.

This is Stoopid. Now I have to use a different browser on my phone? hhmmpphhh!!!! I hate most of them. Will have to "google" for a different one until Opera gets their stuff together. Darn it, almost ready to change it on all my other devices too just for the heck of it. Opera hey, get it together. I will not give up my lastpass. But will reluctantly give up my favorite browser on my phone....maybe elsewhere. I like seeing the same thing across devices. Everybody stay safe.

Sad. I liked Opera. But of it won't work with my password manager, we'll have to adopt another browser. Since security is so important, and Lastpass is the largest password security company, what are they thinking? Maybe they're thinking they no longer want to support the mobile browser?

December 2020, still no fix. Is Opera working on it or should we start looking for another browser.

@panicpug Not my case... When you focus in a password field, the Bitwarden popup will appear, but instead of guessing the URL you are browsing, it will say something like "There are no elements in your vault for com.opera.browser" (this might not be literal, bc it is a translation from other language). It's like the channel that is supposed to send the URL info to the Password Manager is broken and instead Bitwarden try to fill the data for the app itself (like if it were Spotify or Netflix app, and not a browser itself).
I hope they fix it soon, Opera Desktop is my favourite browser by far, but I need integration between my phone and my desktop browser and the Password Manager is a must.

Still waiting for a fix for this. I'm not using Opera GX on Android because of this issue.
It's quite mandatory to use a password manager nowadays. You simply can't use 2-3 passwords for everything, but a unique, long and difficult password for each site/service. And that's delivered by a pasword manager like Lastpass. So, a better integration is needed.

I've tried s to use Bitwarden and KeePassXC in Opera and none of them worked
Opera team, please add support for this!
