Win7 Quick Launch Bar

I'm running Win7.
In the Quick Launch Bar at the bottom, I have Firefox, Opera 12 and Opera 21.
When I click on Firefox or Opera 12, they open "over" the icon, as they should.
When I open opera 21, it opens beside the Opera 21 icon.
Is this a bug or did I set something up incorrectly?
Anyone else have this problem?
It's not a big deal. Just a minor annoyance.

this is indeed weird and doesn't happen to me.
it sounds like opera would not be linked correctly there?
have you tried detaching it, then starting opera 21 and attaching it again?
