Opera Help: extensions options

I'm looking at the Opera Help file on extensions [https://help.opera.com/en/latest/customization/#extensions] but it doesn't give any information for 3 tick box options on the extension page.

1. Allow on all websites
2. Allow access to search page results
3. Allow access to file URLs

Can anyone tell me what these options do or point me to the documentation?

We were discussing #2 recently - a user wanted to restyle the Google results page (using Stylish), he needed to allow the extension on search results or it wouldn't work.

Item 3 is obvious - does the extension also apply to files saved on your computer or only to sites on the web?
