I can't get past the black full screen on Opera. No controls are available. Opera is unusable for me

@leocg I'm saying that I go into Opera and get nothing but a black screen. There are no access to controls
and therefore I can't fix whatever the problem is. I'm running the latest version on Windows 10. Seems strange that such a popular web browser acts this way. I've removed it from the system and reinstalled it several times. Same results. Anybody know what is going on?
