(Error code 0xc00000022 press ok to close application)

then i Must uninstall opera and again installing ver 57

You can install Opera for all users, for the current user only, or in stand-alone mode, if you select "Options" at the beginning of the installation procedure:

• Which mode did you choose here?
• Can Opera be started if you run it as administrator?

Just Stand-alone installation launching with no Problem

But Why other way I have Problem?

Maybe you can try changing the install path to see what happens.
