Same on my side, but not only on the last v49 version. I have this for a much longer time. Only older speeddial are showing correctly, not if i add new sites. Also no option to reload the logo.

Brought this up months ago, not surprised nothing has changed. This is really a great browser, but the horrible generic icons on the speed dial are just inexcusable. Even importing from desktop Opera doesn't pull the icons in.

@firstlast It's often the .ico isn't served from the correct domain root link, or sometimes is another call to another server entirely ('hot-linked). Some big websites getting this wrong, especially with multiple @ width sizes & apple icons.
The fact some work shows Opera is trying to grab them.

@53-north also, if they're not linked correctly at the site, it could well be a security issue to have them semi-live in your browser start page (?).
