Multiple tab confirmation when closing Opera

This feature was used in the past when multiple windows were used, and was an indication of the fact that there are multiple windows opened. This was useful as it helped the user maintain a certain window as the last session for the next time Opera would start. After i have updated opera today (haven't done it in a while) however, the confirmation pops up even if the "main window" is the last one opened and Opera is about to close. This renders the entire functionality entirelly useless, having the same behaviour all the time. I'd like an option to disable it again if there is only one window Opened, or make it the default behaviour if "Retain tabs from previous session" is set for the "On startup" behaviour.

If I remember correctly, Opera Chromium never had a feature to warn about closing it when there are multiple windows opened. What Opera 59 introduced is a feature to warn the user when s/he tries to close Opera with multiple tabs opened, so it's doing what it was made to do.
You can disable it in settings if you don't like it. And you can also make a request for a feature to warn about closing Opera only if there are multiple windows opened.
