Why is it not asking me to save my password?

I have it checked to ask me if I want to store my password. And every site I go to it is not asking me. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still is not working. Before you ask, Yes I do have the box checked to ask me.

Which version of Opera? Opera 15+'s password manager seems to not be working with all pages.
