Installation of Opera 58 for all users on win 10 computer

I installed Opera on my personal account on my win 10 computer. Is it possible for me to make it available for all users?

I found a post that was made four years ago for an older version. I could not find any "Options" to click on this version.

Although I appreciate the program, I want it available for all users.

Run the installer, click in options, change the field 'install for' to all users. Maybe you will need to change the installation path first.
