Manual removal of exceptions from ad blocker

Is one supposed to remove (possibly hundreds of) items one-by-one only?
Or is there a way to remove all at once that I am unaware of?

They were manually added one by one, so why the removal should be different?

But maybe deleting the adblocker folder in the profile directory can help.
