Opera not working fully for Investor's Business Daily websites

Today I tried joining IBD Digital from the Join Now button on https://www.investors.com/product/ibd-digital/ but after selecting the yearly subscription option and hitting the Proceed to Checkout button the registration form is missing on the Secure Checkout page. When using Explorer 11 on the same computer the registration form shows up fine.

It seems to be working here. Disable extensions if you have any and also try resetting your settings.
