[Solved]This strange window pops up

This window now pops up and consumes a portion of the browser window of Opera. I have no idea what this is, how it got here, nor how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to remove it? And preferably what I did to make it pop up. I went through 0 drop down menus and now its just...there...permanently.

That doesn't seem to be an Opera window, so you need to remove the extension or the program that is creating it.
