Side bar not working with messenger

So i really like to use the side taskbar with messenger instead of opening facebook, it's much more comfortable. But today i noticed that whenever i try to do so it doesn't work, it just stays blank and doesn't do anything, i reinstalled the browser completely, i can log in, but after i do, it just goes blank, can't log out or anything. Also when making a call on facebook i don't get any "ringing" sound when i'm calling. This only happened today as far as i remember and i don't understand. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Messenger is/was down this Monday.
