If you want to enable ads on your email web page, just click on the ad-block icon - the blue shield on the left of address bar - and turn the ad-blocker off by moving the blue slider to the left.

Now, if you want to know how to block/enable spam in your email service then I'm afraid you are on the wrong forum.

No, it is a button that I found by chance when I setting up this Opera browser.

Opera doesn't have an email client, so there's no way to allow or deny spam in it.

Or maybe you are using an very old version of Opera?

No, I do not have an older version. But perhaps I will have seen it wrong.
