[solved]pause a search

I can not seem to find a simple way to stop or pause/restart a search that is in progress in Opera. I thought there would be an icon, button, or other widget somewhere in the menu bar, tab bar, navigation buttons area, or combined address/search bar. Am I missing something obvious?

@leocg While a search is loading In Firefox, for example, in the right portion of the bar where the URL will appear there will appear an X indicating "stop loading this page" which one can click on to do so. Is there an equivalent in Opera or is this function just unnecessary? Sorry if this inquiry seems naive.

@leocg I think I may have resolved my own problem and the result seems embarrassingly obvious. The stop loading icon is hidden under the reload icon on the left next to the forward and backward icons in the navigation buttons area. When a search is being performed and a page is loading or being reloaded the Reload icon will change to an X and can be clicked on to stop the process. I do feel a little silly but I always felt there was no such thing as a bad question, at least most of the time.
