Can't upload the extension after delete by mistake

I have upload an extension before. But now I delete by mistake. When I upload it again, the system said "A package with this name already exists. Please change the name or upgrade the existing package.", actually I'm the owner of this add-on, and I can't find any entry to get the deleted on back.

The issue is that the package you deleted was already made public. We keep traces of these around, to make sure the URL can't be taken over. I can either completely delete it, or I can undelete it so you can just upgrade it with a new version.
