Opera 21: Speed Dial wont update

As of last week, Speed Dial no longer will update/reload thumbnails. In the past, I have always been able to change the thumbnail to the current front page of the websites I had saved. That is no longer the case.
Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

I have to click the individual thumbnail reload, then go to the site, and after I do that, the thumbnail usually seems to change. If it doesn't, I'm not that bothered by it.

Problem fixed. Some how Opera was put into "Off Road' mode. Unchecked it and Speed Dial can be updated again.
