Bookmarks not syncing to my online account or my other computer

Recently Opera is not syncing my bookmarks from my laptop to my main computer. The bookmarks also aren't appearing in my personal online opera account. Also on my laptop I have a re exclamation mark next to the profile icon on the toolbar, yet when I go to profile button it is saying that synchronization is enabled. I have tried signing in and back out on both computers, but this is not solving the problem.

Any ideas on how to resolve this.

Only bookmarks don't sync? Does it happen only in one computer?
