Has speed dial replaced homepage altogether?

G'day everyone
I'm trying to set a home page in the latest Opera, but the settings do not seem to have an option to set the home page. There's the built-in speed dial, but I can see no "homepage" option. Has this functionality been removed altogether?
I was trying to set FVD as my default speed dial when I discovered this. Also, I can't figure out how to set FVD as my default speed dial, but if that is no longer possible, then at least the ability to set a home page would be nice.
Thanks

@leocg Which other browsers are you referring to? Chrome has an option to set a Home page. So do Firefox, Edge and Vivaldi.

Opera doesn't support a home page. It just has a startpage. You can set Opera to only open certain pages on startup though by going to the URL
opera://settings/onStartup

FVD Speed Dial's overriding of the start page has been blocked by Opera in upcoming versions (if not already in Opera Stable). The extension has also been removed from Opera's addon site. The Chrome version of FVD Speed Dial has never worked as Opera has always blocked its behavior.
Opera's start page contains sponsored promotions and Opera doesn't want you or anything messing with it.
You can add the page you want as your homepage on the start page as a speed dial and click it if you want. You can add a home button to the address bar with https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/home-button-at-top-right/bfejcgpdahgpmgadhgdadfiekmhgnifm, but that extension's overriding of the start page behavior won't work.
