Session lost?

I just lost a session with 200+ tabs, I don't even know why - as far as I know I had not opened a second window and closed the wrong one first and there was also no crash (the two reasons I could find for this happening in the forum), so I am very confused why this has happened. Also, isn't there a savefile of the session which I can just open again?

@leocg As far as I know, I closed the browser as always, shut down the computer and later the same day opened the browser and was suprised to see all my tabs gone, despite having used as always the option to continue with all tabs at the next session.
In the forum I read about similar cases caused by closing two browser windows in the wrong order or caused by pc crash. Neither happened. Thats why I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed
And I also would like to know how I can the get all these tabs from the previous session back into Opera? Is there a file that Opera uses to save the open tabs in one session? -

@leocg Mh, too bad these are always overwritten when the browser starts...and the tmp file doesn't help either
