How to stop websites from asking to show notifications?

These settings doesn't seem to work no matter what i do

Every search result in google has these settings which are not present in my opera.

Im using opera stable version: 57.0.3098.102

First picture shows the current settings page, while the second shows the old one. And notifications are disabled in the first picture.

Note that the setting only controls use of the Notification API to ask. If a site uses another method, the setting does nothing. List of sites that are ignoring the setting so we can check?
