Can't make Opera my default web browser in win 7...

....and there is no Opera in listed program where i can set defaulkt programs in windows.
Can somebody help me? I try couple of solutions from the net but I didn't solve a problem. -

In Opera, goto the URL
opera://about
to see where Opera is installed. Then, close down Opera and delete the install directory.Then, download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera", set "install for" to "All users", adjust the other checkboxes and install.
If you do it that way, Opera should then be available in Default Programs in Windows.
